When You’re Charged:

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

  • For pre-orders or backordered items, your card may be authorized at checkout and charged once the order ships.

Security:

  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels to protect your personal and payment information.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are handled according to our Return Policy. Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
