Panacea partners with Complete Medical Supplies, our primary U.S.-based fulfillment partner, to ship medical products to customers throughout the United States. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping methods, fees, and delivery timelines.


Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed immediately (0 business days).

  • Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and begins once payment is successfully completed.

  • Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are eligible for same-day processing; orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.

  • Once an order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, orders are shipped using the method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times are outlined below.

  • Economy Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days

  • Standard Shipping (optional upgrade): approximately 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier performance, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Some specialty, oversized, or backordered items may require additional processing or transit time. If this applies to your order, you will be notified.


Shipping Fees

Economy Shipping

  • Free on orders over $50

  • $6.95 flat rate on orders under $50

Standard Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

  • $9.95 flat rate

Available shipping options and applicable costs are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Carriers

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers selected by Complete Medical Supplies. Carriers may include, but are not limited to, USPS, UPS, FedEx, common carriers, or local delivery services when applicable.

Carrier selection is based on the shipping method chosen, destination, and product type.


Order Tracking

  • Tracking information is sent via email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may require time to register shipment activity.


Delays, Backorders & Exceptions

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier inventory availability

  • Holidays or peak shipping periods

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Carrier service delays

If an item is backordered or unavailable, you will be contacted promptly with available options, including substitution, refund, or order cancellation.
