At Panacea, we partner with trusted distributors — including Complete Medical Supplies — to deliver high-quality medical products directly to your facility. Please review the details of our shipping process below.


Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Once shipped, most standard orders will arrive within 3–8 business days after processing.

  • Some specialty or backordered items may take longer to arrive.

  • We use reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, Common Carrier, and, in certain local zones, Complete Medical Truck Delivery.


Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

  • Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.


Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update (carriers sometimes take that long to reflect the shipment status).


Delays & Exceptions

  • While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to supplier inventory, holidays, or issues with the shipping carrier.

  • If a product is on backorder or discontinued, we will notify you promptly with options (e.g. substitution, refund, or cancellation).
