Return & Refund Policy

At Panacea Supply, LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of the medical supplies we provide. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Please contact us at info@panaceasupply.com to initiate a return request. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific instructions.
- Note: Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted or credited.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (resealable condition).
- Due to safety and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on hygienic items (e.g., PPE, sterile supplies, or used medical equipment).
3. Return Timeframe & Fees
We accept returns within a specific window, subject to the following restocking fees:
- Within 30 Days of Delivery: Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- After 30 Days: No returns or refunds are accepted after 30 days.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in fulfillment, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
- Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
- Defective Products: Defective items will be replaced or credited based on the manufacturer’s warranty and approval.
5. Order Cancellations
Because we strive for fast fulfillment, orders are typically processed immediately. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but may be returned following the guidelines above.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), Panacea will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Timeline: Please allow 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
8. Exchange Policy We understand that sometimes you may need a different size or model. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, similar to our return criteria.
- Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@panaceasupply.com. Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will process the exchange.
- Shipping & Fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any price difference for the new item. Restocking fees may apply as per our Return Policy.
- Defective Items: If you are exchanging a defective or incorrect item received due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
