Adjust-a-heel Lift, Small size for Women’s shoe size 4–7, provides an elevated heel to balance leg-length differences that can contribute to hip and back biomechanical strain. Construction and adjustability: Peel-away Layers enable height customization from 1/8 inch to 3/8 inch. The lift is interchangeable for left or right foot, allowing symmetric use as needed. A durable suede top cover delivers a low-profile, comfortable surface under the heel.
