Aircast Sport Ankle Stirrup Right is a prophylactic ankle support designed to reduce inversion and eversion during ambulation. It uses a narrower profile than the traditional Air-stirrup brace to minimize bulk inside a sneaker or athletic shoe while preserving stabilization for everyday activities and training movements. The support uses semi-rigid, anatomically shaped shells that cradle the ankle and limit lateral motion. Each shell contains the patented Duplex Aircell System, comprising two pre-inflated aircells positioned distal and proximal to deliver targeted support during gait. The overlapping aircells provide consistent compression and protection across the ankle joint throughout ambulation. The pre-inflated design enables straightforward application and repeatable fit, making it suitable for right-foot use in sports, rehabilitation protocols, and daily wear where lateral ankle protection is desired.
