Alarm Alert Chair Sensor Pad is a 7 × 15 inch pressure-sensitive mat designed for use with Alarm Alert alarms by Blue Jay (models Bj115205 and Bj115305). The pad plugs directly into the alarm unit and is intended for placement under the patient’s buttocks on a chair, wheelchair, geri chair, or other seated surface. When weight is removed from the pad, the connected alarm sounds to alert caregivers. A labeled field allows writing the patient’s name, start date, and end date with a soft felt-tip permanent marker. The device carries a 1-year limited warranty. In care settings, it supports routine monitoring and rapid caregiver response, aiding fall prevention and supervision during seating transitions. Compatibility requires the Alarm Alert unit; use is restricted to the specified Blue Jay alarm models Bj115205 and Bj115305 when paired with the pad.
