Spenco RX Arch Cushions 3/4 Length Insole offer targeted arch support in a compact 3/4-length design, sized for women’s 7–8 and men’s 6–7. The design fits in dress, casual, and athletic shoes without crowding the toe box, making it suitable for everyday wear and extended standing.
Core technology centers on a SpenCore cushioning layer that absorbs shock and reduces friction to promote better foot alignment and relieve tired arches. A flexible arch cushion provides stability to help maintain proper foot position during activity, which can reduce strain on the plantar region and surrounding joints. The top surface incorporates SilPure antimicrobial technology to help prevent blisters and control odor.
Materials and care include neoprene (dominant component), a polyester fabric top, and foam beneath the cushion, designed for durability and comfort.
