CareBag Emesis Bag with Super-Absorbent Pad replaces disposable and reusable emesis basins in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and surgery centers. Adapted for use by adults and children, each bag collects body fluids and confines odors. When sealed and tied, it eliminates cleanup associated with traditional basins.
The bottom contains an absorbent pouch that converts fluids into a gel, reducing splashes and spills. The pouch gels 450 ml–500 ml of body fluids, minimizing cross-contamination and healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). The bag features a large rigid opening designed for one-handed use, and printed instructions ensure proper application. A 1,000 ml graduated scale is printed on the bag for quick, safe reading of output.
