The right-foot drop brace is an X-large ankle–foot orthosis designed to provide dorsiflexion assistance for users with foot drop. It is sized for Men's shoe size 13+ and Women's 14+. The device is fabricated in a predorsiflexed position using a molded shell and proximal strap arrangement to lift the forefoot during the swing phase.
The anatomically contoured shell distributes pressure along the lower leg and foot to address muscle atrophy while reducing calcaneus irritation. A secure, adjustable proximal strap and a low-profile ankle interface maintain alignment during gait and permit comfortable wear inside standard footwear.
Intended for neuromuscular injury, post-stroke rehabilitation, or nerve palsy presenting as drop foot. Compatible with most everyday shoes that accommodate a rigid ankle–foot device. For fit, verify size against the user's measurements, ensure the strap closure is snug, and monitor for skin irritation during use.
