Dual Position Wedge Convoluted Foam is a contoured polyurethane foam cushion designed to cradle the back, neck, shoulders, and head. The foam uses an egg-crate, or convoluted, surface to promote airflow and a cooler resting surface.
The unit is a wedge: 22 in (L) x 19 3/4 in (W) x 10 1/2 in (H) at the high end, sloping to 1 1/2 in. The pillow can be oriented vertically for upright seating or horizontally for sleep or bed elevation.
When used as a bed wedge, head elevation improves airway alignment and eases breathing; in seated use, it supports posture and reduces pressure on the spine. The cover is washable and removable. The product uses polyurethane foam and is compatible with standard sheets and bedding arrangements. This cushion supports sustained use on beds, chairs, or recliners, and can be repositioned for neck, upper back, or shoulder relief. The egg-crate surface promotes air circulation to help dissipate heat during extended use.
