Forefoot Binder Relief Sleeve, Large Right, is a sesamoid relief sleeve designed to mitigate pressure on the ball of the foot. The lightweight Lycra forefoot binder secures the forefoot while a soft foam ball-of-foot pad sits beneath the first metatarsal head. An aperture in the pad provides sesamoid relief, reducing peak pressures and dampening shock during stance and push-off. Designed for daily wear during ambulation and light activity, it provides localized support without significantly altering shoe fit.
