GelStep Heel Cups with Soft Spur Spot, Uncovered Small (Women’s size 4–7), is a 1-pair set designed for targeted heel support. The dual-density silicone cushions the heel with a firmer main body and a distinctly softer blue-zone spur spot for medial-side or spur/fascia relief during standing, walking, or running.
The main body uses a medium-durometer silicone to efficiently absorb impact and recover quickly, while the blue zone provides additional comfort and pain relief at higher-pressure areas in the heel bed.
The design retains shape and does not deform or degrade with use. An optional antimicrobial cover absorbs odor, helps prevent bacterial growth, and still allows the foot and insert to slide easily into the shoe.
Both washable and reusable, these cups are intended to fit in most footwear and come as a single pair for straightforward replacement or nightly use as needed.
