Peg-assist Insole Square-toe Medium (each) is a medical insole with a grid of removable pegs enabling localized off-loading of plantar wounds and ulcerations. The peg array is anchored by a stabilizer board to prevent adjacent pegs from collapsing during ambulation. The surface includes a Poron cover to minimize edge abrasion and reduce the incidence of ring edema around the toe region. When configured, it reduces plantar pressure by up to 60 percent, supporting continued ambulation during healing.
