Dynarex Unna Paste Bandage, 3 in × 10 yd is a zinc oxide paste dressing designed for leg therapy and edema management. The flexible knit bandage embeds a zinc oxide paste that creates a semi-occlusive, moist environment to support gradual healing. Each bandage is individually foil-wrapped to maintain paste integrity between applications. The knit construction promotes uniform distribution of paste along the length, and finished edges minimize fraying into the wound site. Typical dimensions are 3 inches (7.6 cm) in width and 10 yards (9.14 m) in length, suitable for circumferential application to the lower leg. Indications include venous stasis leg ulcers, thrombophlebitis, lymphatic edema, and soft tissue injuries such as sprains, strains, and dislocations.
