Xceltrax Air Walker is a low-profile pneumatic walking boot designed for recovery after foot, ankle, or lower-leg trauma and post-operative procedures. In clinical settings it is often described as a cam walker or foot walker. The rigid, pre-shaped ergonomic frame minimizes pressure hotspots across the malleoli and along the lower leg while permitting controlled ambulation. A soft nylon/foam liner lines the interior and houses an integrated pump, enabling simple inflation and on-the-fly pressure adjustment without removing the sleeve. The inflation system provides a customizable fit to stabilize the injured limb and accommodate swelling. External straps secure the boot and the heel cup maintains alignment during movement. The assembly is lightweight for extended wear and compatible with standard medical dressings. Available in Large, with sizes: Men's 10.5–12.5 and Women's 11.5–13.5. Use is intended under clinician guidance; not for swimming or submersion. The combination of a pneumatic liner and rigid frame supports gradual mobilization while reducing strain on the injury site.
