Key design and pressure relief The extended, cushioned enclosure floats the heel over an integrated air cavity to deliver near-zero contact pressure. The breathable air flow supports healing of existing ulcers while reducing moisture buildup around the heal.
Materials, protection, and adjustability Exterior uses a super-soft velvet fabric to shield delicate skin from tears and reduce shear. Foam-cushioned sides protect the medial and lateral malleoli. A removable gel-pack can be positioned beneath the ankle to further lower localized pressure. Anti-foot-drop geometry helps control dorsal flexion. Closure relies on a padded hook-and-loop strap for easy application and removal, and the unit is launderable for regular cleaning.
